Seasonal Pool Opening

• Cover removal
• Reinstall ladder(s) and handrail(s)
• Filter set-up
• Remove plugs and prepare plumbing lines
• Water testing and apply start-up chemicals
• Prices vary depending upon pool size/type

Seasonal Pool Closing

• Cover install
• Remove ladder(s) and handrail(s)
• Winterize filter system
• Install plugs and plumbing lines
• Apply balancing chemicals and add winterizing chemicals
• Prices vary depending upon pool type/size

Pool Sitting
Going out of town?  Vacation?  Business trip?  Family emergency?  Let us "sit" your pool while you're away.  Includes:

• periodic check of pool area (up to 3 times/week)
• water testing (once a week)
• application of your chemicals as needed
• add/drain water as necessary
• debris removal from skimmer and water surface
• deck area debris cleaning (power wash not included)

Safety Cover – Procure and Install

• Detailed measurement of pool/spa area for computer-aided-design of cover
• Circulate measurements to manufacturers for up to 3 competing bids
• Provide written quotes/bids and recommendations based on your pool/spa needs
• Concrete or paver drilling, and anchor placement
• Preparation and installation of safety/winter covers (non-automated)
• Prices vary depending upon pool shape/size
